Designed personally by the owner and built during the last four years after leaving his guest riad of 10 years in Morocco, the tropical architecture and charming surroundings have earned La Tropicale recognition since its very first visitors.

The large three storied administration house is reminiscent of old Key West with its wrap around balconies and gingerbread trim.

Perfectly located steps from the sea, La Tropicale is a short walk to many area attractions, including the locals supers and a few dining options. However, If you want to stay in and relax, La Tropicale offers nightly dining options a la table d'hote.

Other amenities include a swimming pool and Jacuzzi, gardens and lounge.

The Lounge
Open late, The Lounge is a favorite hangout for those who just want to stay in and relax. Known for delectable martinis, varied wines and an assortment of local beers. The Lounge is a great place to relax. The Lounge features a cozy atmosphere, and big-screen plasma TV, so you can enjoy an evening  movie with other guests.

Pool and Jacuzzi
A free form swimming pool with water element and relaxing Jacuzzi will make your stay relaxing and enjoyable. The Pool area is surrounded by a deck for tanning and perfecting that tropical color. The tropical Jacuzzi is not heated to allow you to enjoy a cool plunge in contrast to the warm waters of the pool or the heat of the sun..
